Andrea Pinotti
Andrea Pinotti (Università Statale di Milano) is Full Professor in Aesthetics. His main research topics are image-theories, empathy-theories, memorials and monuments. A former fellow at the Italian Academy at Columbia University, the EHESS in Paris, the ZfL in Berlin, and a Senior Fritz Saxl Fellow at the Warburg Institute, he is currently running the ERC Advanced project “AN-ICON. An-iconology. History, Theory, and Practices of Environmental Images”.
